Correspondence Was Received And USCIS Is Reviewing It July 22 I got my interview until now never change my status someone experiences like this

Please be more specific on your question so we know how to answer:
If this is about your K-1 Embassy interview then definitely contact the embassy/consulate with any status update questions.  I assume you interviewed for a K-1 visa, you were given a 221g and then you sent the information back they requested?
Or are you referring to the I-129F petition and you had an RFE that you responded to and are waiting for a decision to be made?  If so, I am in the same situation and I am calling and requesting an update on my case status online.

I honestly have no clue with that.  If you have not yet, I would post in the Adjustment of status forum for K1.  I know that is where I should be studying up to prepare.  I am still waiting on my NOA-2 for the I-129F petition.  Definitely do not lose hope but check that forum for answers.

So, you were interviewed in July and after the interview, they sent you an RFE and you responded. Correct? When did you respond to the RFE?

So do this. 1. confirm the medical was received (have a tracking number)? - print that. Then 2. If it has been 90 or more days since receipt of your RFE - put in a service request for case being outside processing times. 3. Ombudsman to chase up the status or even congressional representation (senator or congressman's immigration liaison - they have direct line of communication with USCIS - go on your representative's website, fill out the privacy release form so they can act on your behalf and send it in and then follow up with them to make sure they've received it and are working on it).
