Rejection Question

I have a question. We just received a rejection notice question because they said that they payment amount is incorrect. I wrote the check for $765.00 for the Form I751 and Biometric Fee. I read that that was the correct total. Am I completely wrong? I even looked on the the website so I am confused. Also they said that we have to send everything in again. They already have numbers typed at the bottom of these forms. Is it ok to send the same copies?

595 filing fee + 85 biometrics fee= 680

 

You can send the same package. Take this chance to go through it again in case there's a mistake or you want to add more evidence.

Filing fee is $680. 
 

Not sure if you should send the same form. If it’s just the form I-751, I would have probably reprint/sign and sent with all your same documents.

We did one check for the 680

I sent two money orders one for $500 and one $180 since they limit them to $500. As long as USCIS gets the correct amount you're fine.

Send a check for $680, and the exact same packet - just put a note on the top saying that you have corrected the payment and you are resubmitting the packet.
