Its basically just to wait for nvc letter which said it should come with in 45 days. Did ur nvc letter come?  I will try to call but I believe it does mean that its just transferred and they closed it. I did get a email and imessage which was like we took am action on ur case open the website so when i did it said case closed on the side. I just am anxiouw about nvc stage i want this quick

That sounds great! We are at the removing conditions stage, which is for the ten year green card. My husband came on a K1 Visa in 2019, we got married, he got his two year green card almost two years ago. Thank you for asking!

you are going thru a longer process than "normal"  as covid set all back 

i got the case # in just 2 weeks but now?? taking about 2 months

 

Once u pay the 2 fees to NVC and complete the DS 260 and AOS with all supporting documents,  u will be dq and on hold while the embassy and NVC work on the interview date.   all this depends on how many cases are ahead of yours and any restrictions the embassy has because of covid 

I got my case number today! They emailed me! Omg! Hahah

It just means that your case is moving along quickly, which is good. People were saying it could take a couple of months just for Nvc to contact yu.

Yes exactly why I was so surprised I wasn’t expecting it really right now, hope  everything else is as quickly

Yesss…I know people who’s been waiting for their petition to be approved over a year now.
