Passport photo (name on back) and evidence photo question?

The instructions say to write name of foreign fiance on back of passport style photo, which I did. But, now I see on this board that he was suppose to do that and in pencil? Is that true? Also, can I print out my digital photos on photo paper and send those as evidence? I only have one set of originals and did not want to send them because I will need them again for interview, right??

Please advise and thanks so much.

I used digital photos printed off of the computer....no issue.

I also wrote our names and the date on the back with a pen......no issue there either.

Dunno about the photo, I wrote our names in colored pencil rather than a regular black one, I think the idea is that it´s written lightly as not to mark the picture.

About the pictures, I´ve heard of people that did that, printed them on paper, and I am actually doing the same, printing on paper and putting little explanations underneath each picture, but I also put the original pics inside an envelope and wrote outside (EVIDENCE OF HAVING MET - ORIGINAL PICTURES), in case they want the originals as well. Just to make sure.

CIS doesn't care who writes the name on the back of the passport photos, so long as the name of the person shown in the photo is wrtten for their reference. I wrote it in pen, and didn't have a problem.

Yes, digital photos printed from you PC to photo paper are absolutely fine.

Why don't you relax a bit, and let your common sense take over?
