Hi all,

I have a pending AOS from K1 in Seattle. My Advance Parole expires in March of 2022. I will be travelling outside the USA in December.

is there any rule that I have to have 6 months left on my AP to be allowed entry into the USA? Like passports have to have at least 6 months of validity, do are Advance Parole the same? Or does it not matter?

thanks in advance.

No such rule for AP.

You can enter the US up to the last day listed on the AP document.

Many thanks! What a relief!

by any chance, do you have any idea how long it would take for the Seattle Field Office to reschedule an AOS interview?

Can someone tell me other than your EAD/AP combo card what else you need to travel with to get back into the USA?
I’m going to visit family in the United Kingdom on Monday for a week but don’t want issues coming back into the country.

I’ve my passport, marriage license, and copy of spouses passport. Anything else?
