I'm about to send mine.. almost done but quick question since you all just did yours.. who's perspective is G-1145 from? The conditional resident since the i-751 is from their perspective? or the citizen because they've filled out the previous G-1145?

I put in my name (the conditional resident) and it worked fine; got the text message as expected.

Does anyone know what happened to the google spreadsheet? October 2021 info is not even there anymore

Yesterday morning I found that several columns on the September 2021 page were empty. I replaced the headers and my missing info, then I alerted the September group to re-add theirs. Last night, all the pages, except the two locked ones were completely gone. A member of our group, through some investigating, found the version with our info, but it had a different URL than the one we all have access to. We were concerned that it would be hard for everyone to find, so I copy and pasted all the info back into the spreadsheet with the familiar URL. We don't know how or why all the pages were missing, but they're back! It's important for everyone to be careful and update only their own row. It seems that, one wrong click and.... 😄

Hello all!

My husband is eligible to send his I-751 tomorrow!!! I just put the entire packet together. We have:

Cover letter

check for $680

g-1145 form

i751 form

copy of GC (front and back)

copy of marriage certificate

copy of church marriage record

copy of our first rental lease

copy of our second rental lease

copy of current rental lease

copy of 2019 joint taxes

copy of 2020 joint taxes

copy of 6 months’ worth of bank statements from joint checking account

copy of authorization to release health information

copy of health insurance cards

Tons of pictures. Like, almost one for every month we have been married. (Including pictures from trips we have taken since being married)

should I include 24 months worth of bank statements? 6 months seemed good to me but now I’m doubting myself. I feel like we are sending enough evidence…but it always feels like it is never enough.

Include 3-4 statements per year.

And pictures are not that important, you don't need many. When it comes to trips, it is better to include passport stamps, hotel bookings and boarding passes.

Also include your driver's license/ID as proof of shared address.

Add copy of both you and spouse's drivers license (proof you live in the same address).  Also, they want to see "Tax transcript" (it shows your taxes were actually filed vs. just a copy of what you are stating were filed).  Go to: https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript and create a userid and then download tax transcript for immigration.

Do you have joint credit cards or is one of you authorized user on the primary card holder's credit card?  If so, include that.  Lastly if you have rental insurance and joint AAA, Costco, Amazon membership, it does not hurt to include those.

Good luck.

He doesn’t have a drivers license, so we don’t have that or car insurance together. We have no joint credit cards either. It was something we planned on doing and then Covid hit and we never got around to it.

My wife's green card expires in mid-January, 2022 so we can file in a week or so.  We have our package put together and should be sending everything out soon.  And then, as many have already said, let the waiting begin.

Question for this thread (not sure if this was covered under other threads... probably yes).  I am hearing that California and Vermont are the service centers typically handling I-751s.  Not sure if this is true.  Does anyone know?  Is there a rhyme or reason regarding which service center you get?  Geography?  Other?

I also hear the NBC can sometimes pick up I-751s via transfer (maybe as a way to process faster... again, not sure if this is true).

Good luck to everyone and please keep your timelines updated (or create one if you haven't already done so).  They are great tools for all.

I believe Geography determines the service center. If your application goes to NBC, it usually means it's going to be sent to the local field office for interview. If it's sent to one of the service centers, there will most likely be no interview.

All five USCIS service centers process I-751. The service center that will process your case depends on your location.

Is anyone having trouble with the google doc? I have gone in and it seemed like everything was deleted. Don't know if that's on my end or what. I checked the version history and says an edit was made an hour ago, I think that might be it.

Tried to restore to an earlier version, but, having trouble do that. Can someone else trying?
