Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I was checking regularly, but the problem seemed to have stopped. I just restored it to the December 4, 4:29 AM. It's the most recent one that seems to have all the info intact. The problem is that anything added after that will be gone. VisaJourney has its own spreadsheet with all this info, but it's a little harder to navigate. I'm wondering if we should just rely on that?

Thank you, you’re a rock star!! I didn’t know VJ had one as well. I’ll check it out.

My wife’s I-751 online status was updated 2 days ago to “Case was updated to show fingerprints were taken”. We sent the packet in October 2021 and we’ve never received any biometric notice. Does this mean they’ve used her biometrics from when we filed AOS? If so, are we still going to get a notice about it?

Yes and yes. Biometrics were waived (they used what they had on file). You will receive a notice in the mail. We had similar situation and our noticed arrived 4 days later.

We received the letter today (1/24) that stated that the biometrics would be reused.  I also check the case status and it said that "fingerprints were taken."

We got the letter back in mid-November telling us we didn't need to do biometrics this time around but the case status is still sitting on Case was Received.  The only thing consistent about the USCIS is inconsistency.

We are currently starting our fourth month of waiting.  Our service center currently shows an 11-16 month wait with the I-751.  If we're to believe those processing times, it means we are still 8-13 months away from adjudication.

Remove the bandaid... very slowly...

Here to join the train as we all play the waiting game

GC expiration - 01-21-2022

I-751 mailed on 10-28-2021

Received text notification on 11-03-2021

Received I797 NOA 24 months extension 11-10-2021

Received Biometric waiver notification on 01-25-2022

Received Biometric waiver letter on 02-01-2022

I received the NOA letter on 2/1 (NOA dated 1/25), stating that the biometrics appointment would be waived.

But then when I checked online today (2/1), the case tracker says that as of 1/26,  "form 751 is ready to be scheduled for an interview"....

so....Im not sure what I am suppose to be expecting right now...

anyone...?
