So went back to August filers, to check on biometrics notice/waiver timing.   Looks like the quickest was a waiver that was only one week after they got the NOA.  Didn't check on the service center.   Longest....you guessed it, good old Potomac..........the couple waited 2 months, but on the upside they got a waiver instead of an appt.   So we will likely be getting that notice/waiver right around Christmas.  Just hope that's Christmas 2021.

Check out "Edition" on the below website...........

Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence | USCIS

I'm including the text under "Edition"......... as long as you used 12/2/19, you're golden.

Edition Date

12/02/19. We will publish a new version of this form soon. In the meantime, you may continue using the 12/02/19 edition despite the expiration date. You can find the edition date at the bottom of the page on the form and instructions.

Dates are listed in mm/dd/yy format.

it was the correct edition, i think it was because the barcode didnt print on the bottom.

side note: good to see you again old friend.

Since you had an AOS interview, an I-751 is not likely

Seems EAC is in the middle of the five service centers when it comes to turnaround time for I-751s.  Currently they are turning them around in 10-16.5 months but my understanding is the published processing time is based on how they were churning things out 2 months ago.

Texas and California look to be faster at this time (Texas being the quickest).  Potomac and Nebraska are worse for turnaround time.

There is a tale out there if you got the fingerprints and interview for AOS you will be less likely to get one or both for ROC.  Unless of course your I-751 package is sketchy.  If you send in a good package it seems the wait is the worst part of it.

Of course all this is conjecture.  We will see how things go between now and, say, next summer.

Are the ones with “no ROC interview” get processed quicker?

thanks for reply

Depending on the field office, definitely.  The same would be true of cases that reuse biometrics.

So theoretically we’re on “the faster” track. But if Newark is slammed, it might take a little while.

thanks for the info!

i used to be very active on VJ early in K1 process. So i appreciate people being just as active in ROC forums. You’re the real hero’s haha

If you hit a home run... or a triple... or even a solid double... on your ROC package then chances are your approval will be on the lower end of the processing time for EAC.  I have my hopes that we get my wife's 10 year Green Card in the July through October, 2022 timeframe.  But if they want to send it to us prior to July they won't get any complaints from us.  🙂

Good luck.  All my hopes that you (and all of us) get very fast approvals.

If you filled AOS together or within 90 days after filing your own AOS. Then you just need to include your son in one application ( which is ur own application and mention him under kids and tick mark option "he is applying with you" in same form i 751. I did same for my daughter and we both got our reciept numbers.

Is the person who keeps deleting everyone’s info from the spreadsheet, have too much time on their hands again??! Yes, I’m saying it this way because it has been happening too often.  Just went to check to see if anyone from the earlier months got their green cards and September and October is yet again missing info. I really don’t understand what is going on smh. @Joyoussingerwould you be able fix it, yet again?

If it’s someone doing this on purpose, can you please stop. We’re here to help each other not cause mischief. If it’s not intentional but a mistake, can everyone be careful when using the spreadsheet. Now, if it’s a program issue, oh well, we’re (insert S word) out of luck.

Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I was checking regularly, but the problem seemed to have stopped. I just restored it to the December 4, 4:29 AM. It's the most recent one that seems to have all the info intact. The problem is that anything added after that will be gone. VisaJourney has its own spreadsheet with all this info, but it's a little harder to navigate. I'm wondering if we should just rely on that?
