People who had to adjust status, had to do biometrics and be interviewed. Because of this, their interviews are often waived for ROC. Entering on a CR1 visa, you didn't adjust status, so you'll need biometric and an interview this time. I think we'll also be seeing more ROC interviews, as most if not all AOS interviews were waived because of Covid.

makes sense. Thank you for the info.

Thanks for the reminder. I've entered our timeline in - neat spreadsheet!

Ditto.

And might I say, after looking at that spreadsheet, I am so impressed @Islewoman1 sent a I-751 package 91 days before the green card expires. That VJer ROCs!!!! Can't wait to see what happens during the October 2022 N-400 thread which I'm sure all of us will be on.

I noticed that someone has been messing around with the google sheet again. Since October is over, maybe we should restrict the link to people who are actually invited and change the privacy settings on it. It really does suck that someone tries to sabotage a very helpful resource like that.

I just checked it, and I had checked it this morning, too. It looks okay to me. What is it that you're seeing that looks wrong?

Oh! That's good! It's been okay for a few days, so hopefully the saboteur is tired if it. I don't see how we can limit it to people we invite. We would have to invite every new filer as each month comes up. It would be a massive and constant task.

That's good to know. I have been swamped the past few days and didn't have time to look at the conversations over here and I just caught the ones about the sabotage.

Just had a Fedex notification saying Phoenix received my package 4 hours ago. I live in Florida so I know they are 3 hours behind. I see some of your timelines stating you received a NOA the same date of package delivery. Do I have to worry about not having had one yet? Was it a text or an email? Thank you.

The date on our NOA is the same as the date they received it. We didn't get the text until 2 days later. You're fine!

Hello folks, looking for a quick piece of advice. I got my NOA for the I-751 filing from EAC yesterday and it has my last name spelled incorrectly (2 letters are transposed). The file I-751 itself had my last name correctly spelled. How big of a problem is this? We used a lawyer (my workplace kindly paid for it even though my spouse was sponsoring me) for the filing, should I ask them to contact USCIS or should I go ahead and do it myself?

Hello, I'm William. Curious to know what you included in the field for address when completing the Money order. I read somewhere Phoenix field office doesn't accept money orders.

If you had an I-485 interview then you likely won’t get an I-751 interview, and so you might have the green card issued with the wrong name.  In that case I would ask the lawyer to try to fix it.

If you had no I-485 interview, then you will get an I-751 interview and you can get it fixed as soon as you are sworn in.
