Hi, I am technically a September filer but we had had issues so I ended up filing in October 12th (the 11th was a bank holiday apparently). Weirdly enough, I signed up for email updates, but I received a receipt number through SMS text messaging, and when I tried to enter the receipt number sent to me into the USCIS website it said "Not Found." 🤔

Hi all! First, I wanted to wish everyone success with the I-751 process.

We are preparing the bona fides to send in with the 751 application. My thoughts are to send in evidence for just the last 2 years since we provided evidence for the initial interview at the embassy (fiance) and the 2nd GC interview at our local USCIS office. Is anyone resending evidence from when they first met until present?

Did you get your card charged? If so, how long after it was filed? Have you received your NOA yet? Thanks

They don't use the word "waived", because it's not actually waived. They're just able to reuse the ones you've already done, so you don't have to do it this time!

I'm betting though that they don't refund the biometrics fee. Grr....

We sent evidence from the date of our marriage, which was only 7 months before our AOS. It wasn't much more to add and we thought it was worth not taking the chance, just in case they would want to see it.

Of course not! It costs them $85 to transfer that info from one folder to another! 😂

Concurring with @Joyoussinger: we sent in evidence from the date of our marriage to present, as the form instructions indicate submitting evidence "to demonstrate the circumstances of the relationship from the date of the marriage to the present date." Didn't want to chance anything!

For RoC from AOS: send evidence dating from the interview if there was one or dating from the I-485 filing if there was no interview.

For RoC from CR1: send evidence dating from consular interview.

USCIS would argue that there is $85 worth of work to evaluate previous biometrics for suitability. Perhaps they have access to biometrics taken at a port of entry and can measure drift.

we are putting our packet together, and this is what we have so far:

the application

single sheet with front and back of her green card and pictures of both of our driver's license showing address

tax transcripts for joint filing 2019 and 2020

lease for our old apartment with both names

lease for current apartment with both names

3 random bank statements per year one for each 4 month period showing joint accounts, and also since everything is linked, they also have our credit cards and our car loan which are also in both names

the car loan documents showing both names

internet billing page showing both names

electric bill showing she is authorized contact

life insurance from her job showing me as beneficiary

life insurance and critical injury from my job showing her as beneficiary

spousal life insurance through the bank showing her as beneficiary

is there anything i might have missed?

also for the pictures, did anyone print out actual pictures and tape them to paper or just print from a printer?

we have gigabytes worth of pictures and its gonna take a while for her to decide which pictures she wants to use

am also debating whether to send things like hotel bills and concert tickets etc since they dont seem as strong as what we have currently.

Anything that shows both names should be included.

Having kids is evidence of being sexually active with someone, not evidence of a marriage (good faith or otherwise).

If you don't like someone. Or enter in a genuine union with them why on earth will I have a child with someone i don't like ? Something that is not erasable? Having a child could not be the only evidence but is a very strong evidence. Why will you have to show the uscis that you are sexual active? Children are live time thung and having it with the wrong person for what ever reason is a disaster and I don't think anyone will do that just to get Green card. So it's a solid evidence please no one should fail to include birth certificate of their kids.

All our photos are on our phone and computers, so we sent them to Walgreens and had them printed same day. Wrote description on the back of them - Who, where and when.
