Oregon AOS from Tourist Visa timeline?

Hi everyone,

My wife and I moved states to Oregon this year and originally filed in another state (Dec 2020). From our understanding, our case gets updated and put in with the Oregon Dec 2020 cases. Can anyone confirm this?

Additionally, has anyone in here in the last 3 years filed for AOS from tourist visa in Oregon? Based on the timelines it seems like it roughly takes year from filing to get an interview. I wanted to see if that is accurate from those of you who have went through this process.

Thanks!

The workings of USCIS is pretty much a mystery.

I originally filled for my wife (B-2) in December 2020 from Vancouver so our ASC would have been Portland.  We moved to San Antonio in April and filed changes of address but in May we still received a bio appointment for the 11th of June for Portland ASC.  We did the bio here in SA and she had her interview end of September.  So, I would expect that you will at least get a bio appointment as soon as your paperwork gets to Oregon.

We already had out BIO appt in our previous state. Are we supposed to do it again in Oregon?
