Hi did you hear back from uscis any updates

I haven't yet. I have called the senators and they said I need to apply for a claim to USCIS. Then, I can contact to senators, ombudsman...

I called the USCIS to apply for a claim but, they said I need to check "case processing time of I-751" on the USCIS website. Then, they said " I need to check for all field offices. Not California Center" . Even my or someones application from their field office, I have to check "all field offices"

The time range for "all field offices' between 22 months to 36.5 moths. So, I applied for I-751 on July 2019, I have to wait 36.5 months (until mid July 2022) for now. If I would not hear anything until that time, I can open a claim with USCIS. BAD

Yes. But, the USCIS told me that wait until at the end of the processing time ( for ALL FIELD OFFICES, CURRENTLY 36.5 months) Also, I spoke an attorney and they confirmed same thing

I kinda know that but was trying to see if it would even get them to pick up my file and say oh my she has been waiting since 2019 let's do something lol..but I think the case Inquiry just goes to the front desk that pulls up your file and sends out a response that they themselves not even sure of they don't bother to look for your case or the officer that has your case

Nothing.
My attorney said If a case in doubt they leave aside. They are giving more time to see if your marriage is bona fide. Even open a claim or applying for FOIA something is not benefit for a case. Spending time, or money. She said she can apply in a second if I want. BUT, if you really wanna do something, you can SUE them. This is a thing. See how they answer your case immediately. Its also cost you around 4-5k...

Besides, according to USCIS website, my processing time will be over next Monday. We will open a claim and see.

Also, she said, even your processing time is over, they might not able to approve your case. So, we will open second one. Let say we got a negative response, then we will follow with my senator. But, again, this can take a time. There is not any exact estimate, never. If you SUE them, then you will get an exact answer maximum in a month :))) Money & judge talks :)

Just following up on this to inquire if you’ve been able to open a claim or got a favorable response from USCIS yet.

I opened a claim 25 days ago. USCIS emailed me only 3 days later "we regret that we are unable to provide you with a completion date at this time" .
