And it a serious abridgement of our right to spread rubella, measles, mumps, polio and other diverse nasties into the general public.

I am not aware of any public school ever mandating an emergency use vaccine. Also at least where I live there is a waiver form for all the vaccines (though they don't tell people about it and say it is mandatory). Not sure if the covid vaccine mandate has such waivers or not or if any vaccines in Commiefornia have a waiver.

Commiefornia. Love it. BTW why do yall keep saying emergency use. It's fully approved and the emergency use was to just give the paperwork work time to catch up.

I am undecided at this point about making it mandatory outside the military for readiness reasons.

A warrant officer I served with just lost his 50 something year old wife to covid. He was a CWO 5 and just retired.  That is awful.

Question.  Weren't you an anti vaxer before all this? Or do I have my wires crossed.

Once again I can disagree with you and still hope we can respect each other

Yes.  Safe, APPROVED ones.  You know, after years of testing and clinical trials.

Well, minus that pesky LPV vaccine that they approved then had to pull.  Luckily, I knew better and didn't allow my kids to get that one.

Tell us all again where we can find this fully approved drug to get injected with, please?

I have decided you are just messing with me  cause I don't think you are that dense.

Pfizer vaccine approved in US, marketed as Comirnaty

https://apnews.com/article/fact-checking-120794035019

CLAIM: There is currently no FDA-approved vial of COVID-19 vaccine available in the U.S.

AP’S ASSESSMENT: False. The Pfizer vaccine, which is now marketed as Comirnaty, is approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for use by those 16 and over and is available in the U.S.

One Instagram post acknowledged the Comirnaty vaccine had received FDA approval, but made the false claim that the only available doses are Pfizer vials that are still just under emergency use authorization.

In fact, Comirnaty is the new brand name Pfizer is using to market its COVID-19 vaccine and there is no distinction between the two.

This is the second time I asked and you failed to answer.  Why?

Because you cannot.  Comirnaty is NOT publicly available yet.  Won't be for quite some time, I suspect (one article I read, but cannot find right now, was saying 2022-2023).  EVERY SINGLE DOES OF COVID DRUGS that have been injected to date are EUA drugs, period.

There IS a distinction.  Good luck.

Comirnaty and the Pfizer vaccine are the same formulation. I think people have pointed this out more than a few times on here.

The vaccine has been available in the U.S. under Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) since December 11, 2020 (as the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine). The EUA permitted essential rollout of vaccine doses across the U.S. to help provide protection during the COVID-19 public health emergency, based on initial data from the pivotal Phase 3 clinical trial.

The Question

Is the FDA-approved Pfizer vaccine, Comirnaty, the same as what’s been available?

The Answer

Yes, the FDA-approved Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine, Comirnaty, is the same vaccine Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine administered under Emergency Use Authorization.

The Sources

Pfizer, Inc.

U.S. Food and Drug Administration

It's licensed so it has a name now.

Why is the name just showing up now?

Medications often have a scientific name or number throughout the research and development process and are given a brand name upon FDA approval.

Still not available.  And with the current EUA drugs, which are the only ones available, you have no legal recourse should you develop complications or die.  Zero legal recourse.  THAT"S the "legal" difference.

LOL,. Pretty sure I read some discussion about that on here, and that the "there's no legal recourse!" thingy is just a complete misreading. I think Robert Malone even admitted he was wrong.

Perhaps you should take the time to read the inserts for both drugs.  The ONLY difference listed is "legal".  (Other than the name, obviously)

(I honestly don't recall if it was the CDC or the FDA that made the distinction, but I remember reading it.)
