Went to the market for beef for the first time since about June or July.  Holy COW!!!  The cheapest 4-pack of steaks I could buy was $63.  Of all the cuts of meat I would buy, they are each $3-5 more per pound than they were two to three months ago.

Anecdotal of course, but on our recent trip across the country mostly via I70 and I80, we saw quite a few car carriers on the road, in rest areas/truck stops, but almost all of them were carrying used cars.
