How's everyone doing?

We got an update today!

03/31/2022: Interview Scheduled

Will now have to wait for the mail to get the date.

Although I don't have my EAD yet. I was hoping to get that this month or next, but if we can just get the interview then that's even better. Best of luck to all of us! There's progress and hopefully we all get approvals and schedules in the next few weeks. 😊

Update:

05/06/2022 - interview (Helena MT Office)

05/07/20200 - case approved

Thanks for the support everyone!

Hoping that those who are waiting will get some great news very soon!

Hi all!

Just wanted to check and see if anyone has seen any movement lately whether its your case or someone else's?

I'm about to hit 130 days of waiting for my EAD, and 2 expedite requests have not helped at all. My first request was ignored or forgotten because I never get an answer from USCIS even though they said they were going to contact me in 7 days. I'm on my second attempt through our district's congressman, and I still believe my request has been ignored or forgotten bc we have not received an answer.

It sure is discouraging seeing others get their EADs/GC even though they applied mooonths after us. I know we need to have patience in this process, but there is so much patience one can have really. It's in my mind constantly, and it's frustrating not being able to do anything.

Sorry for the small rant!

Hope everyone is staying safe and healthy!

I’ve been thinking about you! Thank you for checking in♥️ Good to read you, yet frustrated with you as you’re still in limbo re your EAD even after a couple of expedites😟

I want to encourage you as difficult as it is waiting and seeing others getting approved ahead of us, especially those who have filed in 2022 it appears, one thing I am learning with this process is that it is like a marathon in terms of one’s attitude of mind and not a 100 meter dash race! Goodness it’s very difficult to wait especially when one wants to work and get other pieces of ID if you live in a State that requires such. I’m learning, along with you all how long and patience-enduring this process truly is.

I hope you hear soon. I only wanted to add my own wait time for my EAD to encourage you🤗 Who knows? Perhaps you may not get your EAD and go straight to the interview stage or lack of one? I’ve noticed on Reddit as well as on here, there are a sprinkling of cases being approved without interview.

Keep your head up and breathe. I promise, you WILL get to the other side of this. We all will🌻

Greetings to all still waiting 🥰

Update:

12/23/21 - received notice about biometrics appointment scheduled for January 18th at 3pm at Cincinnati field office

1/18/22 - drove to Cincinnati for the day and partner completed his biometrics appointment. Took about 20 minutes and they let him in 15 minutes early. Case status updated about 45 minutes after he was done to “case is being actively reviewed”

I checked my informed delivery for USPS today and it says my partner has mail from USCIS. I checked the online portal and it doesn’t have anything for mail that they’ve sent out. Has anyone else received mail before the online portal updates? I’m hoping it’s scheduling for an interview.
