Question about Documents for ROC

My husband and I are beginning to prepare our ROC application & packet (we can file 10/31 and my goal is to have it in the mail on 11/1). I've been going through our financial accounts and had a question about what to send for a particular credit card. My husband is an authorized user on my Discover card, but he rarely (if ever) actually uses the card itself. I also rarely use my card - most charges are small automatic payments for things like Hulu. I have downloaded a couple of documents from the website that show his status as an authorized user, but I don't see anything in the statements that really bolsters our packet - for example, only my name shows on the statement, and with the exception of maybe 3-4 statements in the last 2 years, the statements don't show him making purchases.

 

Is there any reason to include statements for this account? And if I leave them out, do I need to explain why? We also share a CapitalOne Credit Card account, and I am sending those statements because we both regularly use that account for certain small purchases.

Include the document where he appears as an authorized user. Even though it doesn't seem as strong, it adds to the financial commingling as a whole.
