I know they started as St Lukes. Anything for the embassy?

So far no announcement from USEM.  Here's the page I'm monitoring -- https://ph.usembassy.gov/visas/visa-updates/

i know the covid test is before flying out of the country to the us regardless of fully vaccinated or not. starting Oct 1st part of your medical will be to have the covid vaccine done unless your country don't have the vaccination. if you look in search under like covid testing or vaccine it should be a lot more people who have asked and answered

OP is asking about the entry requirements for the US embassy in Manila specifically, as the question is posted in the Philippine regional forum.  COVID-related rules for entering facilities in Manila have been known to change frequently.

My wife and stepdaughter are going in Tuesday October 5.  We have not heard of any new testing requirements for the Embassy and do not expect any.  However personally, if it gave them political ### covering to set up a $20 rapid antigen testing station outside the Embassy and ramp up the numbers of interviews to a thousand a day like they did pre-chironavirus,  I suspect most folks would tolerate that at this point.
