I-130 Petition and I-129F Petition

Within the last week has there been approvals from CSC? I feel like things are at a stand still and I wanted to get some opinions or any information you have.

K-3 visas are currently taking around 200 days to be approved, so the simple answer to your question is: Everything is normal, you simply need to be patient.

I'm not sure where you received your information from for the I-130 Petition of 200 days. After looking over several profiles in the VJ they have been approving alot faster than 200 days.

Current average time between filing and getting a K-3 interview is 209 days.

I wasn't referring to I-130 approval as I assume the most important thing to you is to actually get the K-3 visa to enter the USA.

The above is based on averages, so obviously clean petitions with no problems are approved faster. I wouldn't be looking for a petition to be approved faster than about 75 days from NOA1 date at this point.

Its been 112 days since my NOA1 for my I-129 and over 125 for my I-130. i am not the only one--- there are lots of other march filers like me who are still waiting. i would say that u still have a long way to go.... so don't get restless as of yet.
