I got this given below message after my biometric which was taken 1 month ago.

As of August 31, 2021, we are actively reviewing your Form N-400, Application for Naturalization, Receipt Number IOEXXXXXXXXXX. Our records show nothing is outstanding at this time. We will let you know if we need anything from you. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

My Field Office is :- Dallas,Texas  

Is there any way that i predict  how soon i will get interview letter after my biometric is done?

I got that too for my son who applied the middle of this month. Biometrics was waived as they are using past biometrics info We just have to wait it out.
 

My sister and husband who lives in Florida sent theirs in the middle of June and got a response the following week for interview in a month. The passed and also had a same day swearing in. That was magical! We just have to wait as states have different situations such as number of federal workers and the number of persons applying.

mine estimated time shows 13 months too.

Filed June 3rd, 2021 and my N-400 receipt number starts with IOE which means they’re processing mine online. My separate I-751 application for removal of conditions on my 2 year green card is a MSC (Missouri Service Center) case.

My situation is pretty similar, I took my BIO August 2021 and until now still have the same message as you, also DFW.
