Russian wife travel to me in US after applying CR-1?

Yes.  She has to be honest when talking to CBP - that she is visiting her husband while waiting for the CR-1 visa.  They may deny her entry if they suspect she might try to overstay or adjust status.  If she has a history of visiting other countries without issue, has strong ties to home (a job and home to return to), and is just visiting - a few weeks or so - with a round trip ticket, that should not be an issue.

 

Your profile states K-1 visa for Ukraine...but you are married to a Russian national?

Yes, as long as she has a valid tourist visa then she can travel with you. If she does not have a tourist visa then she can get one to travel to you, unfortunately it is usually harder to get a tourist visa after marriage due to the CO thinking that she will come here and stay.

Timeline

Starting November, foreigners need to be fully Covid vaccinated to enter the US.  Sputnik V is not an acceptable vaccine for entry to the US.  I don't believe any other Covid vaccine is available in Russia at this time.
