Just got off chat with Emma, the agent mentioned that response to RFE within 60-days of the due date will still be considered by USCIS. Is this correct? Is this a written policy somewhere?

Context: Won't be able to response to I-693 medical RFE by the due date because person is out of the country, traveling with advance parole.

There are ways to get a real person when chatting with Emma. Use keywords such as "expedite request" or "live agent".
