Just a head up. We had a combo interview this week in nyc(i751 and N400) and interview Officer did not accept account or return transcripts that you can download from irs website.  He wanted those which showed the full name( copyof original tax filling). Luckily i had a copy of those. Also if you have combo, then expect longer waiting time. We waited more than 3 hours

We are going in for an interview in Korea. CR1 Case.

Noticed today that the IRS transcript only has first few letters of the first name and just a initials for the middle and last name.

For example, John Saint Johnson would show on the transcipt as:

JOH S J

Is that why they wanted to see the full returns on your case?

RoC Timeline:

  1. 12/01/2023 - Application sent to Tempe, AZ lockbox
  2. 12/06/2023 - Application received by USCIS
  3. 12/12/2023 - Check cashed by USCIS
  4. 12/22/2023 - I-797C notice recieved giving access to 48 months extension letter online.

Only thing officer mentioned that he didn't like how names are short on those transcripts.  He wanted to see full name of the applicant( as it showed on form)on tax documents.Every officer is different but if you have those available, i would definitely take them. Nothing to lose . I was lucky, i only had for one year but he let me go outside and print more and bring back to him
