Visiting with Pending I-129F

My fiancée already had a B1/B2 visitor visa.  Has anyone had success visiting from India to the US on a visitor visa with a pending I-129F or I-130?  It is genuinely a short visit then returning.  Due to her business and family reasons she has to return to India.  I know she should carry her proof of employment, housing, and finances.  She has all that in order.  I'm worried about her country, India.  I believe if she were from a developed country, she would easily qualify.  I've read several accounts on here from people in developed countries.  But, has anyone from India been able to do it?

People with pending petitions can visit.  They just need to show strong ties to their home country at the time of admission.

Yes but have you heard of anyone from a developing country that has successfully done that?

Yes, many many times successfully visiting.  Country doesn't matter ( you don;t mention a country but there are a few that can be problematic) as much as previous visits and having ties back to the home country.  The worst thing that can happen is she is denied entry.   But that has no bearing on a successful K1.

She's from India.
