USCIS Immigrant fee For Accompanying Applicants

Hi
I have a question about paying USCIS Immigrant Visa fee please.

The category is F4 and there are three accompanying applicants within one application plus the principal applicant. Total 4 applicants.
I'd like to know if there will be one USCIS immigrant fee payable ($220) or each applicant will need to pay individually. i.e. 4x$220?

Unfortunately the applicants did't receive the fee handout and there is one envelope for all - That say 'DONT OPEN IT....' - Is that usual please?

It is per person.

No, it’s not usual that there is one envelope for four people ( some packets are electronic these days but they wouldn’t do part physical and part electronic for the same case). You should check with the consulate why you only got one envelope. Just to confirm this is a big brown envelope with a corner cut off and “do not open”?

Thanks for the input SusieQQQ.
Yes its a big brownish envelope that says: Don't open...' but without a corner cut-off.

How many 'Don't Open' envelopes should this case have received, in your opinion please?

One per person.  But if the corner is not cut off it may not be what I think

question, do the visas have an annotation something like IV docs in CCD?

Ah ok . What were you thinking btw?
Yes IV docs in CCD is printed.

Ok then I don’t know what the brown envelope is. You used to get a brown envelope with the corner cut off and “do not open” that was the visa packet. But if you have IV in CCD, it means you have an electronic  visa packet. So I don’t know what’s in the brown envelope, but as long as all the visas have the CCD annotation you don’t need to worry that something hasn’t been included. So just use the link I gave you above to find the necessary data to pay each person’s immigrant fee. Keep a copy of all the receipt numbers, because that is how you will track the cases once you have entered the US.

Yes - all visas have 'IV Docs in CCD', annotated.
Thanks again.
