I have seen where a lot of June filers are getting approved. That means it’s been taking people about 10.5 to 11 months to get approved so hopefully we all will be hearing something by July

So, here's a little tidbit that proved to be really annoying...I just got my weekly estimate of when my case will be approved. It said, "You're approved! Congrats!", so I clicked on it and not only was it someone else, the SC wasn't even mine AND the PD was no where near mine.  How accurate is that?

I was told by my congressman team today that they would submit an inquiry for me but it could take 30 to 60 days for them to get a response. They said that uscis is behind because they are prioritizing afghan and Ukraine refugees first. Hopefully get my approval before they get a response

Huh,  they just changed USCIS processing times site and now for my 8/31/2021 PD it is saying "Your case is processing normally."  and I can submit a ONPT request on July 31, 2022.

They also removed the table that was there previously.

Oh just checking again  and the date was moved up "The earliest you can submit questions is July 18, 2022. Please do not contact us before this date"

Just checked processing times for my case at CSC on uscis website. Now it says they're processing is 9.5 months and I can't make an inquiry until Aug. 2022. This is beyond frustrating...

Yes... they increased the processing time to 9.5 and case enquiry is at 12 month distance from NOA1.   Hopefully they will speed up

On 4/13/22, I submitted an OOP inquiry to USCIS as my PD had come up under their old website.  I received a standard reply yesterday saying my case is processing as normal and don't contact them again until Aug '22.  However when I made the inquiry, my case was out of the process parameter USCIS provided.  Is it worth pursuing this or am I just spinning my wheels?  My case has nothing unusual-no criminal record, solid employment for us both, income exceeds requirements, etc.  Heck, the documents we provide don't even need to be translated.  Need opinions from those more experienced please.

You are probably just spinning your wheels. They go by what is posted on the website now, and according to that, you have to wait. I am in the Vermont Service Center and I keep watching the time increase; it is frustrating. Based on your NOA1, you are right at the median time of case processing across the centers (9.6 months). Hopefully your case gets approved soon.

Also, I personally haven't seen anyone get any useful information from making case inquires besides standard language like "we are performing required background checks." If someone has examples of useful responses from case inquires, I would like to seem them. Maybe if a case if far outside the normal processing time a person could get useful information, but since your case is still within a "reasonable" timeframe, I don't think the information will be useful.

Been watching these forums for months, finally decided to make an account. My wife is in Amman, Jordan where the US Embassy is still not fully back open due to Covid-19. I have contacted my local representative and her office is now assisting me. I hope I see an approval soon! Wish everyone the best!

Welcome to our little world of waiting.  Everyone in this group is really very kind so don't hesitate in reaching out even if it's just for words of encouragement. Wishing the best for you.
