Are you sure what Service Center has your petition?  sounds like it's not California Service Center.

I think me and & Ctavarez90 are 8/31/2021 and both with CSC.   Waiting for USCIS.gov processing times to advance to September 1st, 2021, which should happen on about Wednesday of this week.

before we put in the OOPT requests.

And on that note,  time to ask Emma about where my case is.  wee 51 person queue.

I asked her on Saturday because that was my next thought, maybe they transferred it elsewhere, but no, it’s still at California service center. It started at Potomac. I’m going to inquire again today but as of this weekend it was CSC.

Interestingly "Your latest I-130 approval estimate" from VJ went from Any day now for the last couple of weeks to now July 15, 2022.

Mine did that a few weeks ago.  My PD is 8/10/21 so I'm a few weeks ahead of you.

I sent an out of processing time inquiry and just got this back.  It's a non-answer that grates on my nerves...

"Thank you for your inquiry. We recognize your interest in the final adjudication of your pending petition and are aware of the difficulties caused by any delay in processing. We regret we are not able to give you a timeframe for when we will review your case but the California Service Center is committed to processing this workload. We will be making every effort to adjudicate your case in the most efficient manner based on our available resources. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

What You Can Do
Please see the "Online Services" below to check the status of your case in the near future. We apologize for the delay.

We hope this information is helpful to you."

ugh,  then why do they claim to be on 8/30/21 if they have not processed the earlier ones....

Good question.  Wish I knew the answer.  I even had my members of Congress submitted inquiries.  Same sort of non-answers.  It all seems like a smokescreen.  They give updated processing times that looked great, then what happens in reality doesn't change.  Seems like they're just buying themselves time as it will take awhile for everyone to catch on to the dates they're working on aren't really the same dates they're reporting as the processing times.

well CSC has flipped to Sep 1st, 2021.  Just submitted a ONPT request,  the SR confirmed the case was at CSC too.

Keep us posted. I'm seeing a fair amount of action on July filers. RFEs, approvals, etc. Hopefully that's a good sign.

I connected with Emma again today even though they keep telling me I’m at CSC but after one of the agents did a little more digging they responded with this and ended the live chat. Does that mean they submitted my inquiry for me? Also why did they end it with VSC ? Does this mean my case is actually in Vermont? Or is it still in Potomac which in is Virgina?

I’m so confused.

That does should suspicious like you are with Vermont,  as mine Service Request ended with CSC.  And would explain why you where getting not eligible for ONPT.

I was worried of this as well so I waited to talk to a live agent again then got this response. So at this point I think USCIS is all over the place.

I was not able to submit ONPT as well and double checked with them to make sure I have not been transferred and I’m still at CSC. They submitted an inquiry for me as well

My PD date is 08/26/2021 and I’ve been trying to put in an inquiry and they continue to give me this message…anyone else run into this issue? Do I have to wait longer to inquire about my case?

I ran into the same issue and had to get a service representative to send in an inquiry for me
