Since Potomac is 12 months expected maybe another 2 weeks and you will be approved

Mine is since August 23rd 2021, Texas center and it’s a year and 2 weeks but no approval. It’s so exhausting!

Well, I’ve tried asking Emma and I don’t understand how it works. Or maybe I typed a wrong format. Let’s just pray the approvals comes quickly.

Hello Everyone,

Just checking to see if anyone was approved recently at the Potomac service center?

our PD 8/26/2021 case showing "Actively reviewed" since 12/29/2021 and nothing after that.

Thank you.

I am glad I am not the only one waiting, mine is Texas service center. We’ve not been approved!

Did you put in Out of normal processing request?   or else please reach out congressman in your area... 13 months is too long..  I know it is taking about 10 to 12 months.

Hello,

I can’t do an inquiry. When I try it tells me I can’t do one until November 27th even tho the processing time for the POTOMAC service center shows 12 months and we on the 13 months  My Congress office sent a request to USCIS back in August and received a response stating that the case is in the normal processing time.  It’s so frustrating. Are you approved?

Mine is NOV-2021 NOA1 in Nebraska transferred California.  I am eagerly waiting.  I know CSC is doing SEP.. POTOMAC is little behind no too far.  Yes, it is frustrating, but let's keep the HOPE HIGH and LET"S PRAY FOR SPEEDY PROCESS

Please be aware that the "processing time" listed on the USCIS website for I-130 doesn't actually have anything to do with how long it will take to have your application processed, unfortunately.

Things you can do are wait and send an inquiry when you pass the USCIS date (I put in your noa1 date for Potomac: "The earliest you can submit questions is November 27, 2022. Please do not contact us before this date.")

Or, if you have valid reason, submit an expedite or contract congressman.

Guys I feel you! 8/19/21 activity reviewing in December and still waiting for an approval in Potomac. I pray they will hurry up already. We are over 13 months and its still normal processing times we cant do anything until November. It’s just frustrating but praying it will be good. We seem to all be around the same week lets see how next week comes along.
