3 hrs after receiving the "Case is Being Actively Reviewed by USCIS" update, I logged in to USCIS website and the approval notice was under documents

Please how long does it take for them to approve case?

My Pd 23-August-2021

first actively reviewed was received 23-December-2021

 

i have not heard from USCIs till now and it’s over  11 months. How long more do I need to wait?

Congratulations!!! Does the 345 days include the wait from the NOA1 or do I start counting from the first Actively review? Please help

i filed August 23-2021. Got the first actively review Dec 2021 and I’m still waiting to hear from USCIs. Do we file expedite or keep waiting. Please help I’m tired.

It counts from NOA1. And you can try to file an expedite. I tried like a week ago and they denied me. Then I got my approval yesterday. It doesn’t hurt to try. Hang in there. I know how you feel. I was losing hope when I was seeing other people get their approvals. But have faith and  God will get you through

Guys i am so overwhelmed i am still waiting for the approval!! In 4 days it will be a year. I just am so tired and stressed. I keep checking because i know the approval is coming i just know it! So many of us in august have been getting approved so i am ready too!! I wish next time i check it will be approved already. Texas switched to Potomac service center.

I am still waiting too,  though 16 days for a year for me and my wife. Texas Service Center to California Service Center for us.

I’m praying that you get your approval this week!!!!! I’m still waiting on my welcome letter from the NVC so really hoping I get it this week

I'm also at Potomac, filed 09/11. It feels like they're not moving at all. 😔 I'm getting really overwhelmed these days.

August 19 2021.. Potomac needs to start moving!! Soon we will get approved i guess we need to patient although its so hard

OMG 😱 in 3 more day you will have 12 month waiting.... I'm praying we have approval this week or next

OMG,  I checked earlier today and I was still at 322 days waiting since AR.  I just checked Case Tracker again, and it showed "Last status change Today".   Logged into USCIS and under Documents was our "I-130 Approval.pdf".  Finally.  And it did come from California Service Center.
