It’s crazy i haven’t seen any august approvals yet and it’s already July 11th🥺🥺

I low key hope we get approved today as it's been 342 days already and it's my birthday today 😅 but I doubt anything will change 😕 I gotta say it's quite frustrating when the only approvals I see lately, are couples who married this year, applied in the spring and are already somehow approved and shceduled for an interview ... obviously great for them, but aren't USCIS claimimg they're approving it in chronological order? This makes no sense...

Im at Vermont and it seems like most August filers are approved by now, they already moved onto September, but left plenty of people behind too (from as far back as May 21...).And now they all seem to be taking a break after July 4th .... 🙃

When we first filed I though I'd have my visa by now (we also though we were in nebraska SC...). Then I hoped we'd get approval after first active review in January, then by husbands bday (may 1st), then by our wedding anniversary (july 8), then by my birthday today and next milestone is august 3rd - one year since filing 😅😂 I though I was reasonable to think I'd be moving to the US by this fall, turns out we were very naive and will be lucky if we get past uscis this fall 🙃😅 Life is "funny" like that sometimes. Let's all hope we hear some good news in the next few weeks, I think we all deserve that after all the waiting 🙏

Yea I think my approval will be coming soon. I’m at California service center and just hit a little over 10 months. So really really hoping that we get our approval at the latest by end of next month because that will make it one year since filing for us

Alright... Mine was file by my wife and field center Texas.

My case got approved after 308 days, approximately 10 months, although I had RFE for my marriage certificate which was submitted to the attorney before approval.

I know how depressing and traumatizing the waiting time feels.

Am awaiting my interview since last 4 months I got my case documentaryly qualified by NVC and sent to my country consulate.

Be patient, in less than two months you case will be approved.

You can download lawfully app to track your case easily instead of logging in to USCIS site anytime you want to check.

I sent an inquiry saying I didn’t get my approval letter just to see what response I got and this is the response I got:

Thank you for your inquiry. Your petition will be adjudicated shortly, in the order in which it was received. You should receive a notice of action* within 180 days.

I can submit an outside normal processing time inquiry on Aug 23 if I don’t get my approval before then. Any thoughts on that response? Does anyone think I will get my approval before I have to make an inquiry on Aug 23. I’m so ready to get my approval and this part of the process to be over with

Totally can relate and sympathize. I truly believe we will get approvals really soon. I just know its coming. Every day is a step closer! I do think you will get approved before august 23.

I really hope so! I’m just always stressing about when my approval is going to come and I am so ready to log in one day and see my approval notice. I feel like it is getting really close. It just helps to have everyone else’s thoughts on it as well

Priority Date: August 26, 2021

Actively Reviewed: September 20, 2021

Outside Normal Processing Time Request: April 27, 2022 (I was outside of normal processing, not anymore?!, but I got a letter back telling me sorry and to keep waiting)

California Service Center

Been watching these forums for months, finally decided to make an account. My wife is in Amman, Jordan where the US Embassy is still not fully back open due to Covid-19. I have contacted my local representative and her office is now assisting me. I hope I see an approval soon! Wish everyone the best!

Do you know whether there will be a long wait time for an appointment at the Jordanian consulate once you're approved and processed at NVC? We're on the same boat.
