Hello everyone,

Would really appreciate your help here. My wife just got out of her interview, they wanted the joint sponsors 2020 tax returns. The joint sponsor had filed for an extension in 2020, but regardless they wanted it. The joint sponsor started working on it a while ago and should be getting them soon. The officer asked my wife to send in the 2020 tax returns of the joint sponsor with her passport. Is there a need for worrying? Also, right after the interview my CEAC started showing incomplete and they want a i864ez on top of the i864 i've sent them. Do i ignore this or send it in?

Would really appreciate the help.

Well, you don't ignore ANYTHING, but an I-864ez is not allowed when using a joint sponsor.

Thank you for your response, i do have a joint sponsor. So in that case i wouldnt have to fill in the i864ez? I just might go ahead and do so, to make sure that everything is filled up .

An I-864ez is useless to you.  It cannot be used in a joint sponsor situation.  Use the I-864.  What is it you are reading from them that gives you the impression they want the ez version?  I assure you, they don't.
