In the next few years? Highly unlikely, unless your parents are already the beneficiaries of an immigrant petition of which you are a derivative and is about to get current.

If wanting to immigrate to the US as a minor was a thing, there would billions of kids who would immigrate to the US by themselves.  Minors with no parents.  Not something that happens in life.  So, it's not a thing.  There is no immigrating to the US because you are a minor.

As a minor you would have to immigrate with your parents if the are still alive.

I realize you are only 15 and probably not aware of how US immigration works, but you can’t just “immigrate”. You need a petition filed on your behalf by a US citizen or green card holder close family member (sibling, parent or, obviously not applicable in your case, child; or to be under 21 and a derivative on such a petition filed for your parents), or you need someone to sponsor you for an employment based green card, which will require a college degree and usually some experience and, often, writing US licenses exams. If immigrating to the US really is an overriding goal for you, then (could change) but nursing is probably one of the easiest ways to get an employment based green card, however you would first need to finish high school and an acceptable university at a minimum for that so it’s not something that’s going to happen soon.

Does my cousin count? She has a green card, Sorry if I've wasted all your guys' time, I just wanted to I guess "immigrate" to the US, I didn't the right words maybe, my cousin said you could get a student visa to come over to here.

A cousin can not sponsor you to immigrate to the US.

 

Does your cousin understand that there is no student visa to come to the US to study for free? 

Does your cousin understand that you would have to be admitted to a private US high school and be able to show the money for your tuition BEFORE you can get an I-20 to apply for a non-immigrant visa?  Does your family have a $100,000?

No, he did not know, he immigrated to the US I think over 20 years ago in the 90s from Pakistan, So immigrating to the US at the age of majority is a possibility or no?

No.  You are not understanding things.

 

YOU NEED A QUALIFIED US FAMILY MEMBER TO PETITION FOR YOU.  You don't have a road to immigrate to the US through family.  

 

If you HOPE to get to the US with a work visa, you would need to have a college degree and a QUALIFIED US employer who will go through the expense to hire you.   No guarantee you could even find a QUALIFIED US employer if you get a college degree.

NO.  YOU HAVE NO PATH TO IMMIGRATE TO THE US.  YOUR AGE DOES NOT MATTER.

Sorry, there is NO WAY for you to immigrate to the US.

 

Your cousin is telling you could possible get a student visa or immigrate to the US without knowing anything about the requirements for a student visa or to immigrate here.

You can get a student visa. A student visa is not immigrating. As we said before, your famiky would need to be able to pay for you to go to private school for a student visa to finish high school.  When you finished high school, if you wanted to stay for University you would need another student visa and more $$$. After your studies are finished, you would need to go home unless you found someone to sponsor you for a work visa - not at all guaranteed.

If your cousin’s parent is a sibling of one your parents they can sponsor your parents, but that would take about 15 years and by then you would be too old to immigrate with them. They could at that stage sponsor you but that would take another maybe 7 years or so (as long as you were still unmarried). So you are looking at well over 20 years for this path,

As a minor you cannot do anything. You are a minor. 

 

Maybe get your mom to marry that rich friend and then he can get both of you green cards.  😂
