You were asking me in PM about DCF Frankfurt and income requirements. In most DCF cases your income is likely to be zero, as only current U.S. income is valid unless you are transferring within the same company. A future U.S. job offer is not valid. Foreign income is not valid.

The only way to fulfill I-864 requirements without a US sponsor is to use assets. As the immigrant, you can use worldwide assets and need ~110k which is 5x 125% the poverty limit. If you are the sponsor of a spouse, you only need 3x, but guidelines also don't specify whether you can use foreign assets. Either way its entirely at the discretion of the consular officer.

IR1/CR1 DCF (exceptional circumstances)

2021-01-19: I-130 filing arrives at Frankfurt Consulate

2021-02-02: I-130 NOA2, Packet 3 received (all via e-mail, no NOA1)

2021-02-16: I-864/Packet 3 arrives at Frankfurt Consulate

2021-03-01: Interview invitation received

2021-03-22: Interview at Frankfurt Consulate

2021-03-30: Visa ISSUED

I-751 Removal of Conditions

2023-03-28: I-751 filing arrives

2023-04-04: I-797 Notice of Action with 4 year extension

2023-05-02: Interview

2024-04-05: Approved

No the sponsor would need 125% of the amount in I-864P that includes them, their dependents, and your spouse.

Sorry first I should have type 125%.  You are going to file the I-864 because you are the primary sponsor. You don't have enough assets.  You have a second sponsor.  They need to make 125% of the I=864 for their household plus the person being sponsored.

It isn't math.  Read the chart https://www.uscis.gov/i-864p

Sponsor's Household Size 100% of HHS Poverty Guidelines* 125% of HHS Poverty Guidelines*
For sponsors on active duty in the U.S. armed forces who are petitioning for their spouse or child For all other sponsors
2 $17,420 $21,775

But also remember that the consulate will look at the totality of the  circumstances.  It needs to be above that number and if you aren't working and live in a high cost location then expect the consulate to look for a bigger number.

If you are doing DCF you need to make sure you have your domicile all worked as well.
