Hello World!

We have sent out packet with I-130, I-485 and rest on 24th Sep, 2021

According to i-94, my ESTA is expiring on 10th Oct, 2021

Just received an e-mail from Traveler Compliance Check, a reminder of my limit of stay is about to be expired,

Quiet big e-mail

1 Shall I just ignore this e-mail?

2 Will I still be considered as legal and allowed to be in USA?

3  Will I automattically be included in the list of deporation etc mabye?

4 Will they know that I have submitted my case?

Many thanks in advance
