Hi all,

Quick question. My wife received her green card last November (adjusted from K1). At the interview, we provided evidence we collected from the gap in time between our marriage and the date of the interview. I know it will be a while before we can file for ROC, but I’m just wondering what evidence we should be collecting for eventual submission. It was over a year between our marriage and our interview - should I be submitting that again as well or should I just start from the date she got her green card?

Also, how common has it been to have interviews waived if we were already interviewed for the AOS? I have bad anxiety and I hated going through the first one even though our case was very straightforward. I’d love to not do it again.

Ah, my apologies. Could have seen that myself. Thank you!
