Hello I'm the petitioner (daughter) and I'm trying apply for my mother. We are currently on the last stage the visa stage. I submitted my documents however  I was rejected today on the AOS section due to missing supporting Affidavit Of Support documents.

They rejected form "FORM I-864EZ AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT" they stated;   ("We are unable to accept these documents as uploaded. Please add ( Joe) <<my brother) as a joint sponsor, and submit all of their documents in their name.")

They also said;  ( "Joe, does not qualify to use Form I-864EZ. Please visit https://www.uscis.gov/i-864 to complete a Form I-864 to replace this. FINANCIAL SPONSORSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES: Financial sponsors, joint sponsors, and applicants should be aware of responsibilities when signing an I-864 and the consequences for a sponsored immigrant's acceptance of federal means-tested public benefits. For more information visit https://nvc.state.gov/aos.

("For form I864EZ, We are unable to accept these documents as uploaded. Please add (Joe) as a Joint Sponsor, and submit all of their documents under their name.)

My question is does this mean my brothers income was denied for sponsorship for our mother? Does he still have chance to reapply to sponsor her on his income? please send what to fill out? (I am the petitioner).

Because I think my brother filled out the wrong form he filled out  filled out form I864EZ and was rejected by that

Where do I get the joint sponsor form to fill out and submit? How do I add my brother is a joint sponsor?

FYI I currently do not work I'm a house wife.

Both you ( as the main sponsor cause you're petitioning for your mother ) and your brother ( as the joint sponsor ) have to fill out the 'normal' I-864 and upload it with all the additional documentation for each form.

If you read through the instructions for the I-864ez it should become clear why this is the wrong form for him to use.

Okay great so just  apply for 2 separate I-864 forms one for me as the petitioner and one for my brother the sponsor. right?

So brother did not get denied because of income right? All he needs to do is fill out a separate  I-864 form with his own documentation under his main name?

I mean I don't know how much he makes but as soon as there's something wrong ( and in this case it was the wrong form ) USCIS/NVC say they can't establish that the sponsor is making enough. It's just their standard sentence for it.

So yea, you fill out the I-864 and upload it with all the evidence needed and he does the same.
