Yes, I am aware, but her kids are small now, so they would be in teens by that time and should be ideal time for the kids to start their life in the US. 

Also her husband has a job that he can be transferred to US once they have a visa.

It’s a rare feat these days to be so confident that you’ll have the same job in 15 years or so!!!
