Hello all and hope you doing great ,

just have quick question regarding AOS/income/sponsor :

I filled taxes for last three years . 2018 income & 2019 income are both  above minimum poverty line ,however , 2020 is when i lost my job (COVID)and didnt start back working  until November 2020 earning just 8K witch made last year  tax return income below poverty line .

I been working since then and this year I am expecting to make above proverty line again. I got an  income verification letter sent to me from employer that shows that as well in addition to last pay stubs .

is that enough evidence to qualify as sponsor for my wife ?

appreciate in advance .

That is good to include. CURRENT income is what matters.
