With a previous K1 visa denial, few years ago  due to them thinking it is not a genuine relationship. We have been married for over 4 years now and planning to file an I-130. Here is the list of the supporting documents we are planning to send

1- Joint lease

2- Joint bank statements

3- Joint health insurance

4-  Car insurance

5- Life insurance

6- Child birth certificate

7- photos

8- Texts

9- Driver license showing us both having the same address

Am I missing anything?

That is more than enough.  The fact that she is living with you in Canada is the best evidence, along with having kids.

Make sure she has been keeping up with the US tax filing requirements if applicable.

Sorry just saw this. She does not work so she does not file taxes. I guess I will have to look into this further if she would need to file her taxes even with zero income when it comes to doing the I-864

IF she didn't make enough to file taxes then she can explain that on the I-864.
