Well, you should know whether or not you have a confirmation of submission? Unfortunately the fault lies with you if you just did not submit one, as the instructions clearly say all family members who want a visa must fill in DS260. ( I was kind of hoping that it was just an oversight by KCC to forward it and it would just be a case of them sending it, but this doesn’t seem to be the case.)

As you know there is not a lot of time left so if I were you I would try two different ways, and I would do both at the same time:

1. I suggest you urgently email KCC, put urgent in subject line, I don’t know if it will help them answer quick enough to get this done in time. You can try calling KCC too but last I heard they were not accepting phone calls.
2. I would also try call the embassy to see if you can fill in a DS260 there, as you are clearly named a beneficiary on the case, and get it done this way (or if they won’t, ask them to contact KCC for you as they are likely to get through faster)

Then all you can do is hope.

Worst case if this is not completed in time, your wife can sponsor you for a green card as spouse of green card holder. That takes more time and money though so ideally best is to try get through on the DV case in the limited time you have,

Good luck.
