Hi all,

I just called NVC and been told that they sent DS3032 to my wife(7/2/2007), also they sent copy to me on same day. Can someone tell me step by step how it goes after they generted DS3032.

I have read some post, and my question are:

1. DS3032, what is it? What is it for? my wife (beneficiary) has to send to NVC? Can she send now even though she hasnt received yet? She can send it via email, is it right?

2. Can i send AOS fee bill to NVC even though I havent had anything from NVC yet?

08/24/2004 - Filed I130 (i am green card holder :) )

02/14/2007 - I130 Aprroved

05/31/2007 - Update to US citizen (IR1)

07/2/2007 - I864 fee bill sent

07/23/2007 - I864 form sent

07/30/2007 - IV fee sent

08/21/2007 - They said they sent DS230 to me, but not yet received

09/15/2007 - Got DS230 and sent back to NVC

10/03/2007 - Case is done at NVC.

12/14/2007 - Interview at HCM embassy.

01/23/2008 - Back to State together( hopefuly :) )

Timeline (2nd):

5/29/2009 - Filing I-751 Removal of conditions

6/01/2009 - CSC received I-751

6/04/2009 - check cashed (fast!)

6/08/2009 - received I-797C (receipt date 6/01)

6/22/2009 - received Biometrics Appt. Notice

7/01/2009 - received rescheduled Appt. Notice

7/23/2009 - Biometr. Appt.

7/24/2009 - A touch, a touch!

8/20/2009 - APPROVED! Oh, glorious day!

8/25/2009 - Card production e-mail received

8/31/2009 - Card received. Error :(

9/05/2009 - Returned green card with evidence of error & I-90

9/16/2009 - received I-797C (receipt date 9/14)

10/27/2009 - Correct card issued

Yep! Make sure you go to pages 10 & 11 where James has the updated versions of everything from the AOS bill to the DS-230.

CR-1

02/05/07 - I-130 sent to NSC

05/03/07 - NOA2

05/10/07 - NVC receives petition, case # assigned

08/08/07 - Case Complete

09/27/07 - Interview, visa granted

10/02/07 - POE

11/16/07 - Received green card and Welcome to America letter in the mail

Removing Conditions

07/06/09 - I-751 sent to CSC

08/14/09 - Biometrics

09/27/09 - Approved

10/01/09 - Received 10 year green card

U.S. Citizenship

03/30/11 - N-400 sent via Priority Mail w/ delivery confirmation

05/12/11 - Biometrics

07/20/11 - Interview - passed

07/20/11 - Oath ceremony - same day as interview
