Unable to reschedule immigrant visa interview online after medical clearance

My wife recently had to redo her medical exam and TB test (first test was done in 2020 and visa ban for spouse of LPR meant medical expired).

 

We were supposed to reschedule the appointment via ustraveldocs but the site gives an error saying Case ID not found.

 

We sent an email to support@ustraveldocs which was escalated to Post for reply. It has been 2 weeks but no reply yet. I am worried the embassy will not reply in time and the medical will expire again. What other options do we have?

 

The embassy is in Nepal.
