I’m worried if in my husbands interview they ask for proof he sends money and he doesn’t have it, will they deny if he doesn’t have proof?

If the money is put directly in your account you should have proof. Or if you get an email confirmation that he sent you money, then you have proof too. Or if the money comes out of his account to Western Union, then he has proof, because withdraws usually show were the money is going to (like Western Union).

It seems your husband is not sending you money and he wants to say he is sending you money? Never lie.

and ,  in many countries,  a person can not send money outside their country

He sends me money with family or friends traveling to the US and then they send it for me in the mail

I agree you shouldn't worry about proof of him sending you money.

First time I hear about the petitioner being interviewed before approving the petiton.

Where is your husband from?

He lives in Yemen, I think since it’s a not a good country is why they interviewed me because there are a lot of marriage frauds there

He does but he sends me money with family or friends who travel to the US and then they send me it in the mail. But he only did it a couple of times which is why I told them he does, I don’t  think it would affect the petition, would it?

Don’t worry about it. He can say he send you money with relatives who are traveling to the USA. I used to send donations (sadaqa) in my husband name, he collected it and gave it to the people i am sending it to. At the interview the CO asked my husband if I send him money, he answered honestly that yes, I did but not for him it was donations to one poor family I chose to help in his village. We got approved with no problem.

Inshallah, ok I’m so relieved to hear that. You don’t know how stressed I’ve been this past week because of not having proof. Thankyou so much for answering my question. you made me not stressed anymore

Okay I totally understand this because I’m in the same situation. My husband is in Ghana, and there’s literally no way for him to directly wire me money. His family that lives in the states have to send me money, then my husband reimburses it through real estate projects that his brother is building in Ghana. So what I did was keep track of all of those payments from his brother, and I made sure that he included in the notes “FROM MY HUSBANDS NAME.” In my cover letter, I explain this process so that they’ll understand. This way, it also shows proof that his family is in support of our marriage and that we all are working together as a family unit.
