Yes, you need to keep chasing for answers. If you get married without finding out the reasons why the fiance visa was denied, you could just be putting yourself in an even bigger mess and setting yourself up for more stress, heartache, and expense.

Cases processed in Morocco have case numbers starting with "CSB".  Enter the CSB case number on the CEAC status tracker.  If you do not have a CSB number, something is very wrong about your K1 case.

This is DS-160 application ID. Not the case number. No wonder it gives “no status” on CEAC. You need to ask your fiancé for the case number. Honestly you should know the case number yourself at this point and be on top of things.

I'm sorry, I like to believe the best of people, but the more info we see on this thread, the more doubts I have. Did an interview actually take place?

 

The screenshot of that refusal letter doesn't look professional at all. It looks like something someone printed from a personal computer.

 

I hate to doubt people but so many things are not adding up.

I believe what liz66 believes that Casablanca denied his visa because  his brother applied for him on 2009 and  CO  believes that his brother wants him in USA more than her.if the case already sent back to uscis. It’s gonna gather dust and die there.go with second option and get married . Send in I 130. You re not the first. Lots got denied and got married and are together now.

Good point, probably another couple of years till a 2009 F4 case is current, CR1 from whenever they can get married probably won’t take much less time (if it is even less). No problem having both running and see what comes up first of course.

This tells you what you need to know.  They have returned the petition to USCIS and it is now done; it will now sit on a shelf and expire.  The good news: He did not have an ineligibility such as a criminal record that makes him ineligible under 212(a).  He is refused 221(g) and the petition returned to USCIS, which almost always means they either found the relationship not credible, or found that either the applicant or the petitioner are not qualified for the petition.  Are you sure you're not still married yourself?  Did you actually meet within the two years prior to filing the petition? Are you completely convinced he's not married? That's where I would start.
