Hi there! My husband missed his Biometrics Appt back in Aug, and when I called I got an automated message saying that since it was his first time missing the appointment, they would mail a second appointment notice within 60days. It's been 60 days now, should we be concerned? Anyone else have this issue?

He is Australian Citizen, living in the US for the last 2 years as a Conditional Resident through Marriage.

Any update? I'm in the same situation. I lost my appointment and received the same response, just wait for the automatically rescheduled :(

Unfortunately not. We spoke to USCIS 2 months ago, and they said the case was still open but it was up to the local Biometrics Service Center to update the new appointment. It's been 4 months, no word.

My cousin missed her biometrics appointment (for I485 adjustment of status) and went to the local office (Orlando, Fl)  and begged for them to take her biometric data, and it was done without problem.

Might not hurt to show up and see what happens.

I tried it too in Denver, CO office 3 days after I missed the appointment, but the lady don't let me in ... I came back the same day in the afternoon and it was the same. I don't know if depends on each office or it's just bad luck with the person :(
