Are there strict covid-related travel quarantine requirements for vaccinated people?

In my naturalization ceremony invitation, I see a bit confusing set of statements related to covid. "However, if you... have traveled outside the United States with the past 10 days.... If you have been fully vaccinated for COVID-19..., you do not need to reschedule after contact with a positive person as long as you continue to not have symptoms"

I remember that during my previous visit to USCIS field office (for an interview) there was a covid questionnaire that included an international travel question. Does anyone know exactly how questions there are formulated?

So, if I am fully vaccinated, can I attend oath ceremony if I traveled internationally a few days before it?

USCIS visitor policy website https://www.uscis.gov/about-us/uscis-visitor-policy says very clearly

"You will not be allowed to enter the USCIS office if you:... Have returned from domestic, international, or cruise ship travel in the past 10 days (unless you are fully vaccinated);"

so it seems that there is no quarantine for vaccinated.

so I traveled, arriving to US 2 days before my naturalization ceremony. When I arrived to my naturalization ceremony, I was asked "did you travel outside of the US? when did you arrive?". After I said the date, I was asked to show the vaccination card. I showed the vaccination card and I was let in. No problems

Hello. Thanks for the above info. Have sent you a couple of PMs again. Kindly reply if you can. Thanks.
