Medical - Anxiety

Hi there!

 

I have my medical on Thursday and am nervous. I went to the doctors for very mild anxiety and stress caused by work in 2018 but none of this comes up on my patient summary.

 

Should I disclose this? I feel like I should but as it doesn't come up in worried it's going to cause more stress and delays and my doctor's office when I asked said they can see it but it wasn't significant and just gave me a letter that says I'm not threat to myself or others and have no signs of anxiety.

 

I'm a bit lost as to what to do. Has anyone else had the same where it didn't come up on their records?

Go by what the doctor said and USCIS will go by that too. Stop worrying as there’s nothing to it.

You do not have a chronic severe mental illness, you just suffered a mild episode of stress/ anxiety, that's why it is not on your records and there's no need to disclose it.

Thank you for your help! I thought so but wanted to make sure I feel much better now!
