Hello, I get the same problem. 
 

here is the best Way to Solve this problem.

 

- I fill the N336 , don’t work, the waiting time it’s crazy. So Don’t do it.
 

the Easy way it’s just Filling The N400 right now, just do it without try to find another solution. 
 

i do it the same day now I’m usa Citizen.

To be frank, there is no need to appeal. it will be better to reapply.

You can hardly guess the time zone. You should have given it two or few more days and file after 05-12 or on 05-13 and if you can’t give it one more day, then 05-12 (night time).

Apparently, you filed one day early. You should file it on 09/09/2020. Just re-apply then.

So sorry about your case. Your best bet at this point is to reapply right NOW! 

Don't appeal anything because it will waste your time and might not work eventually. When I filed mine, I used the USCIS Early Filing Calculator but didn't submit right away. All I did was, filled it out, saved my progress, and submitted 4 days after.

As all others have posted, refile the N-400 , it’s the only solution. Additionally, it’s safest to actually file on the 3 year mark from LPR date…..as one early 90 day filer was recently denied for not meeting “ living in marital union 3 yr standard “ due to some overseas trips not being counted .

All you have to do is refile and make a new payment, same thing happened to me. They said my wife divorced while I filed, so I should withdraw my application and refile based on five years, I did. So do same, refile n400
