its their mistake. I don't really know your priorities, but it seems that you'd have to pay again and go through the process again. I would consult with a lawyer though, usually initial consultation is free. and maybe see what they recommend. Hopefully there is way to get a refund for you.

I also filed the first day I was eligible but am still waiting for my interview. Good luck!

Who told you that. Did you ask them or something. 

I applied 9/13, all papers 9/13, then all of sudden on the website submission date changed to 9/12. I sent them a message through the website, nothing yet.

Now, I should worry too. I applied 9/13 west coast. Everything is 9/13, N400, Letter etc. In the website it was 9/13 for few weeks, then now changed to 9/12, but when I refresh the page, it will change to 9/13, but when I sign out and come back it will 9/12. 

I sent them a message through the website, its been almost 2 weeks, no response.

My N400 receipt letter has no Priority date, only received date and letter date. Do you have Priority date on your N400 letter.

I don't have a priority date on receipt. Only have receipt note and received note. 

Is that normal.

I'm not worried, I guess.But i will make sure Im prepared for that scenario and will print out every possible thing I can for the interview with dates, so they can see it too. yes, i will post an update how it goes.

Hello All, need help... CASE DENIED 😞  I remember when I was applying online it was not allowing me to file if Its prior to 90 days. I was able to file on 8th sept on ~10:23 PM but it was 91 days .

any one know what are best options for me now.
