Hey! I've became a US resident on May 11 2016, applied on February 10 2021, became a US citizen on August 17 2021 with no problem, I also used a USCIS earlier filing calculator. But here is thing, if you applied immediately between February 9th and the 10th, then they will consider your application to be reviewed on the 9th because of timezones differences, look carefully at your case receipt, look at the line indicating "received date" at the left upper corner, right under line "receipt number" if it shows February 10 that you must fight. Good luck to you!

Thank you, your receipt was for February 10 2021 ?

I wanted to apply right after 12, but then waited, and applied by 10am on February 10, so yeah, my receipt number shows February 10, what about yours?

Earliest Accepted Filing Date:
02/11/2021. Says on the website you are one day early. The year should be a mistake on USCIS website . The date should be right

Did you try to talk to the officer? Did you show him your receipt?

Yes 12:30 PM is just after noon where OP submitted but it could be 11PM on 2/9/21 wherever that server cloud is at and the IO saw on their record it was submitted one day early. It's a software glitch that nobody has brought their attention to as the numbers of applications in that time period could be very low.

if he is resident since 02/10/2016 . earliest filing day is 02/11/2021 ,base on uscis early filing calculator .. he filed one day early !

Hey Savva,

I have a question please. My GC anniversary was on May 15 2021. Early filing calculator said I can apply for citizenship on Feb 14 2021. And I did; I filed N400 online on 02/14/2021 at 11:30am central time. I received a notice of acceptance in my USCIS account, and later by mail, stating: received date: 02/14/2021 and priority date: 02/14/2021. Last week I received my interview notice letter in mail. The interview notice says that received date is 02/14/2021, but the priority date space is empty. Could you see the priority date on your interview notice?
thank you!

This is the first notice of acceptance that you received right after you filed online. I am asking about the interview notice/letter! Does it show priority date?

Hey there, I've been eligible to file since June but I haven't done it because I'm still trying to renew my green card. Is it advised against waiting too long to file for N-400? What would be the smart thing to do? Wait for my green card or just go ahead and apply for the citizenship? Thank you!

If you’re eligible to apply and want to apply, then go ahead and get yourself in line. No harm in applying while waiting on GC renewal

Hey Jefry,

based on the information you gave, your case was received within the 90 day window (02/10/2021 and uscis payment transaction is at 12:30 eastern time), then you should appeal bro!! You are gonna win it!!
You could have also talk to the office or ask to talk to a supervisor and show you priority date on your notice; however, your best option now is to appeal the denial decision.
Good luck!
