Yes 12:30 PM is just after noon where OP submitted but it could be 11PM on 2/9/21 wherever that server cloud is at and the IO saw on their record it was submitted one day early. It's a software glitch that nobody has brought their attention to as the numbers of applications in that time period could be very low.

You may be able to win the appeal if you can show you submitted it on 2/10. However, i recommend a new application in which there will be no need to worry about proving anything. You got the interview in 7 moths, hopefully you get another in the same time period or sooner. Appeal could also take similar time.

I just did the math on the calendar.  Between Feb 10th and May 11th there is exactly 90 days.  Did the officer tell you how many days you filed too early?  Was it possible to show them the USCIS calculator on the phone verifying that the web site gave the correct date?

i did the calendar too 

and went to the USCIS calculator site and comes up the same 2/10 

i think i would copy this page and copy my green card date and send it to the office that did the interview and tell them the officer was made a mistake

Ive never understood why people won’t allow a day or few hours of eligibility to pass before filing. Whatever it is whether he wins an appeal or not, he/she is going to become a citizen later than anticipated because of this desire to send in your application right on the dot.

 

In my case I waited a comfortable three days beyond my earliest eligibility to avoid all this unnecessary drama.

That is bad, I applied again, but I am also thinking of appealing the decision. I know I will spend more money, and I do not know which appointment will be faster.

Wow, that is awful.  My wife has been taking citzenship classes at the adult school.  The teachers have been telling the students to ask to see a supervisor if they disagree with the officers decision.  I think this would have been a case where it would have warranted asking for a supervisor.  They really shouldn't give out a calculator if it's got a glitch.

I really don't see what difference waiting a day or 2 later makes. Just file a few days after the 90 days just to be sure.
